The 100th day celebration of ‘Chennai-600028’ was recently held at the Chennai Trade Centre.
The team could not have asked for more, for they had actors Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan grace the occasion.
“It is especially heart warming to see the happy faces of S.P. Balasubramaniam and Gangai Amaran, whose sons S.P.B. Charan and Venkat Prabhu are rejoicing the film’s victory, ” Rajinikanth said. Kamal Haasan said he was happy to see some of his friends like Rajinikanth there on Friendship’s day. “After seeing this film, my interest in cricket has grown.”
The senior actors gave away the prizes to the technicians and actors of the film. The gully cricket match winners were also given their prize money.
