Meat shops to remain closed on Aug. 15

Vijayawada Municipal Corporation on Thursday issued orders banning the sale of fish and meat on Independence Day on August 15. Shops selling fish and meat and kabelas have to be closed on that day. Action would be initiated against the violators of the orders.
