Total compensation sought for crop loss

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Rythu Sangham has demanded total compensation for the crop loss in thousands of acres suffered by farmers in Krishna district and the Godavari basin areas following hailstorm during the last seven days. The sangham wanted the Government to assess the loss and pay total compensation, as farmers were unable to purchase seeds and invest.
