IIM-K seminar begins today

Kozhikode: The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K) will organise Arthanomics, its annual finance seminar, on the IIM-K campus on Saturday and Sunday. The theme of this year’s seminar is “India as the financial hub of Asia by 2015: Dream or Reality”.

S. Chattopadhyay, general manager, Bankers Training College (BTC) of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Vasumati Kumar, executive director, United India Insurance, will address the gathering on Saturday. As part of the event conducted by Financially Yours, the Finance Interest Group of IIM-K, ERudite, an Equity Research game will be launched where students from IIMs and other top business schools will compete.
