Companies urged to strengthen customer relations

HYDERABAD: Custommerce India, established by Servion Global Solutions, plans to grow into an association to lay emphasis on customer satisfaction among services and manufacturing companies.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, president (corporate strategy) of Servion Global Solutions G. Shankaran Nair said that 6,000 companies were likely to join the initiative. The fourth round of Custommerce meet would be held in the city on August 24 and 25 where the membership drive would be launched.
Mentor of Custommerce Mrityunjay Athreya underscored the need for companies to strengthen their customer relations keeping in view the changing purchasing attitudes and styles.
The companies would have to spend a lot more on identifying and meeting the customers’ needs while producing goods or offering services.
