Sonia calls up Karunanidhi

CHENNAI: United Progressive Alliance chairperson Sonia Gandhi, on Friday, called Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi over telephone to convey the news of the victory of the UPA Vice Presidential candidate Mohammad Hamid Ansari, according to an official release.
