Inquiry on into theft of ornaments

KOCHI: The Chengamanad police are inquiring into the theft of 3.5 kg of gold ornaments, along with the car in which they were being carried, on Saturday. The gold ornaments, the police said, were being taken from Thrissur to jewellers in Alappuzha when they were stolen. — Staff Reporter
