The Minister said Rajasthan was the only State giving a number of facilities to students, such as midday meals, free textbooks, free bicycles to girls attending schools situated at a distance, and free roadways bus passes to students. Mr. Devnani also met Gopal Modani, principal of the first all-women engineering college of North India coming up in Ajmer.
