Sabeel appears in court

LONDON: Sabeel Ahmed, the Indian doctor charged in a plot to detonate car bombs in London and the Glasgow airport, appeared in court on Monday for a pre-trial hearing. Dr. Ahmed (26) appeared at a London magistrates’ court by video link from prison.

He was ordered to remain in custody until his next hearing on September 10. — AP
