BJP leader dead

KOCHI: National executive committee member and former State general secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party O.G. Thankappan died at a private hospital in Aluva on Monday. He was 71.

The body will be placed at Indira Priyadarshini Hall in Aluva at 12 noon for the public to pay homage.

The funeral will be held at the Thottakkatukara cemetery at 3 p.m.
