Two boys drown

Two students, studying Plus One,drowned in the Vaigai river in different incidents here. Their bodies were found early on Monday. P. Shanmugavel (16) of Khazimar Street went for a swim along with his friends to the river on Saturday and was reported missing. His body was found near Kuruvikkaran Bridge. The body of S. Santhosh (18) of Pechiamman Padithurai, who was reported missing from Kalpalam on Sunday, was also found along the riverbed.
