Rice racket busted

Kakinada: The Port police busted a racket involved in the theft of rice from godowns with the seizure of a lorry laden with 200 bags of rice on Tuesday. They also arrested eight members of a gang, all habitual offenders of various localities in the town. The accused persons were remanded in judicial custody. – Correspondent
