Palani: Harihara Sudan (T. Nagar Academy, Chennai) stunned overnight leader Sai Manivannan (Chennai) in the final and 11th round to win the title with 9 points in the boys section of the 20th Tamil Nadu State under-13 chess championship here on Tuesday.
