Muzaffarnagar: A district jail warden has been placed under suspension for dereliction of duty after unauthorised materials was found from the cell of an undertrial prisoner, police said today. Jail warden, Bal Mukund, was suspended while a case has been registered against the undertrial prisoner, they said. Unauthorised items like electric fan, TV, mobile sim and a mobile charger where found from the cell of one Jitendra, a dismissed PAC Jawan who is facing murder charges, during a routine checking drive, they said.
