Officials inspect manganese mines

ADILABAD: A team from the Department of Mines and Geology comprising Nizamabad Deputy Director C. Sambasiva Rao, Adilabad Assistant Director Yadagiri and Assistant Geologist (Vigilance) Narsimlu on Tuesday inspected some manganese mines in Tamsi mandal. The inspection came in the wake of complaints of large scale illegal mining of manganese. - Staff Reporter
