Toll-free phone for complaints

HYDERABAD: A toll-free phone (No. 1100) will function as helpline from Thursday to solve the problems cited by public regarding identification of beneficiaries, delay in allotment of houses and lapses committed by Government officials in construction of houses under Indiramma housing programme. The helpline would function under the name “Indiramma Parishkaram”. Once a complaint is lodged with the helpline, the solution would be provided within seven days. -Special Correspondent
