NEW DELHI: Naveen Suri, husband of fashion designer Mona who was set afire by two unidentified men outside her posh Greater Kailash-II residence this past weekend, and his woman colleague Rachna were again interrogated by the police on Tuesday. Naveen and Rachna were summoned to the Chittaranjan Park police station in the morning and questioned till evening. Though the police suspect their involvement in the case, they have not come across any concrete evidence so far. They are now examining the disclosures made by Naveen and Rachna to find out if there are any discrepancies in their statements. Through their mobile phone records the police are verifying their movements when Mona was attacked. The police on Tuesday also questioned another colleague of Naveen to cross-check the disclosures made by him. Deputy Commissioner of Police (South Delhi) Anil Shukla said they have some positive leads in the case and investigations were moving in the right direction. Though the police released the sketch of one of the suspects on Monday, they are yet to establish the identity of the attackers.
