Jammu: Two persons were arrested and 200 kg of poppy husk recovered from their possession in Nagrota, 15 kms from here. Taranjit Singh alias Chiriya and Gurtej Singh alias Guji were arrested while allegedly smuggling poppy husk from Srinagar to Ludhiana, official sources said. The husk was recovered after a bus was intercepted on its way to Jammu from Srinagar. A case under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotrophic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered against them at Nagrota police station.
