Sterlite Optical gets BSNL contract

CHENNAI: Sterlite Optical Technologies has announced that it has received a contract from BSNL for manufacture and supply of high fibre count ribbon fibre optic cables. These cables would be installed in BNSL’s pan-India optical fibre access network (OAN). The contract is valued at Rs. 38 crore, says a release.
