High Court summons NCB Chief

New Delhi: Taking exception to the act of a policeman for falsely implicating two persons under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the Delhi High Court has summoned the head of Narcotic Control Bureau in the case.

Justice S N Dhingra in an order on Tuesday asked them to appear before him and explain how two persons were booked for alleged possession of heroin when two CFSL reports stated that the packet contained paracetamol but not the contraband.
