NAGERCOIL: It was a memorable day for as many as 25 addicts and their family members and 30 destitute children attached to Athencottasan Muthamizh Kazhagam, a non-governmental organisation, as they celebrated the 61st Independence Day here on Wednesday. The president, T. Ratinaswamy, distributed prizes to winners of various competitions conducted.
