Big win for Murugan CC

KOLLAM: Murugan Cricket Club thrashed Nest by 131 runs in the G.V. Raja memorial all-Kerala cricket tournament at the Medical College ground on Thursday.

In another match, City Cricketers defeated Travancore Cricket Academy by seven wickets.

The scores: Murugan CC 220 for six in 30 overs (Venkatesh 64) bt Nest 89 in 26 overs.

Travancore Cricket Academy 151 for nine in 30 overs lost to City Cricketers 152 for three in 16.1 overs.
