Two held for selling stolen vehicles

NEW DELHI: Two young men have been arrested by the Crime Branch of the Delhi police for allegedly selling off stolen vehicles using forged documents.

Acting on a tip-off, the police laid a trap near Maharana Pratap Inter-State Bus Terminus on August 10 evening and arrested Shobhit (23) and Gurudayal (21). A stolen Tavera jeep was allegedly seized.

During interrogation, the accused purportedly told the police that they would receive stolen vehicles and sell them off using forged documents.
