AIADMK allegation

CHENNAI: The All-India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam on Thursday alleged that the State Government was delaying the opening of a building constructed to house the Wakf Board.

In a statement, party general secretary, Jayalalithaa, contended that as the construction of the building was carried out during the previous AIADMK Government, the present DMK Government was keeping it unutilised.

As a result, there were reports of the building having become a den of anti-social elements.
