SAIL, RINL and NMDC sign MoU

NEW DELHI: The Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL), National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for jointly setting up a four million tonne capacity integrated steel plant in Chhattisgarh. The three companies will have equal equity participation in the proposed plant.
