Easy for Mandya

Mysore: Mandya District, helped by a brace by left-in Naveen (43rd and 57th minutes) and a goal by right-extreme Ravichandre Gowda (62nd) registered a 3-0 win over Mysore District in the final of the district-level PU Colleges tournament, conducted by the PU Board, Mysore at the University football grounds here on Friday.

The winner will take part in the State-level PU Colleges tournament to be held at Kodagu, Kushalnagar from 20th August 2007.

The results: Mandya District bt Mysore District 3-0; Semifinals: Mysore bt Kodagu 2-0; Mandya bt Hassan 3-0.
