Belt shops: Lok Satta counters YSR’s claim

HYDERABAD: Lok Satta Party national coordinator Jayaprakash Narayan on Friday advised Chief Minister Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy to first gather information on ‘belt shops’ in his Pulivendula constituency, before claiming that there were no such shops in the State.“Instead of passing general remarks about the belt shops, it would be better for Dr. Reddy and his party colleague N. Tulasi Reddy to vouchsafe that there were no belt shops in Pulivendula and Veerapunayanipalli mandals, to which they belong to,” Dr. Narayan told a press conference here.
