Career meet on Civils today

GUNTUR: A career conference aimed at bringing awareness on competitive examinations, Group I and II services and Civil Services will be conducted in Guntur by the District Employment office and IAS Academy. The conference would be held on Sunday 19 at Government Women’s College, Guntur. The career conferences would also be held in other towns by the end of August, IAS Academy director P Ravindra Babu.

Students would be given tips over preparations for prelims, syllabus, options for mains and general studies by experts in the subjects. The academy would select 10 students for Civil Services with the help of NGOs, he added.
