Stamp paper

Bharatiya Praja Paksha has urged the Government to allow the sale of stamp papers through all the sub registrars’ offices without any restriction on the area of transaction as they were not available in banks. Paksha president M. Venkatesh said the offices, at present, were franking stamp papers and selling them only if the transaction pertained to their jurisdiction. This had adversely hit people, he said.
