Retired cop gets life term

New Delhi: A retired city police official who killed his brother and seriously injured his own son over a petty monetary dispute has been sentenced to life imprisonment by a court here.

“It is clear that accused came to the house of the deceased after making preparations for committing the offence of murder and the entire act was pre-motivated and pre-planned,” Additional Sessions Judge Sanjay Sharma said in his order.
