Two parties yet to file contribution reports

LUCKNOW: The Bahujan Samaj Party and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) were the two national parties registered with the Election Commission who have not filed contribution reports (pertaining to financial transparency).

This was disclosed by the CEC, N. Gopalaswami, while addressing the conference on electoral and political reforms here.

He added that of the 45 State parties only nine had submitted contribution reports.
