Phone-in programme

PUDUCHERRY: The Doordarshan Kendra here will telecast a live phone-in programme titled “Kanne Kannmaniye” on eye donation, diseases relating to the eye and various treatments available on Wednesday from 6.30 p.m. onwards. A press release from Station Director Jayalakshmi Sriram said that viewers can call 0413 - 2275072 or 2275073 to speak to experts on the subject. Dr R. Amudavalli, project officer, National Blindness Control Programme, Department of Health, will participate. — Staff Reporter
