Help desk at Corporation office

Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Municipal and Corporation Staff Union is opening a help desk at the Corporation headquarters at Palayam as part of a State-wide programme aimed at improving quality of municipal service. Minister for Local Self Government Paloli Mohammed Kutty will inaugurate the help desk on Wednesday.

According to union general secretary K.Jayadevan, it would help streamline processing of files, disseminate information about procedures and clear doubts of clients approaching the local body. It will remain open from 9.15 am to 10.15 am and 1.15 to 2.15 pm.
