A.P. lab retrieves data from Kafeel’s hard disks

HYDERABAD: Some personal information, a few relevant details and some video clippings, were found in the hard disks seized from the Bangalore house of suspected terrorist Kafeel Ahmed who died after driving a burning jeep into Glasgow airport in England.

The Andhra Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratory that was assigned the task of retrieving information from the two hard disks completed the work and is planning to send the information to the Bangalore police. APFSL Director U. Narasimha Murthy told The Hindu that experts had succeeded in retrieving the entire hidden and deleted information from the two disks.
