Orientation programme concludes

NEW DELHI: An orientation programme for teachers organised by the National Council of Educational Research and Training on the use of new textbooks developed for Classes II, IV, VII, X and XII under the National Curriculum Framework-2005 ended on Tuesday.

A total of 17,000 teachers from different Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas and independent schools affiliated to the CBSE were trained by 250 experts through teleconferencing that began on July 9.
