Rajiv Gandhi birth anniversary

NEW DELHI: To mark the 63rd birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, All-India Congress Committee secretary Jai Kishan distributed fruits among poor patients at various hospitals here on Monday.

The distribution took place at Sanjay Gandhi Hospital, Mangolpuri; Maharishi Balmiki Hospital, Pooth-Khurd; Bhim Rao Ambedkar Hospital, Rohini; Babu Jagjiwan Ram Hospital, Jahagirpuri; and Rajan Babu TB Hospital, Kingsway Camp. He also handed over saris to women, and notebooks and cricket bats to poor students of government schools.
