Chairperson of social welfare board

BANGALORE: Padma Srinivas has been appointed chairperson of the Karnataka State Social Welfare Board. She took charge on August 16.

Ms. Srinivas was the first chairperson of the Karnataka State Women’s Development Corporation and served as a Bangalore Mahanagara Palike councillor. — Special Correspondent
