NEW DELHI: A nursing assistant with Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital has been arrested by the Crime Branch of the Delhi police for alleged involvement in smuggling of medicines meant for distribution only under the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS). Three of his accomplices were arrested earlier this month and a huge consignment of medicine was seized.

According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch) R.K. Jha, accused Sanjay Kumar was arrested on Tuesday and a computer that he allegedly used to scan the signatures of doctors was seized from his Naraina residence.
