Two suicide cases

NEW DELHI: Two persons allegedly committed suicide in different parts of the Capital on Tuesday.

Eighteen-year-old Praveen of Mangolpuri was found hanging from a fan in his house around 2 p.m. Praveen’s parents were facing dowry harassment charges and his brother Surender had recently been released after two months in jail in the same case, the police said. In another incident, 52-year-old scarp-dealer Kailash Chand was found hanging on the first floor of his house in Khayala in the morning. Kailash had been feeling depressed since his son’s death two years ago.
