Sudhakaran to open cooperative adalat

KASARAGOD: Minister for Cooperation G. Sudhakaran will inaugurate the Cooperative Adalat of the Cooperative Department at the District Cooperative Bank hall here at 9 a.m. on August 24, Cooperative joint registrar V.V. Vasudevan said.

P. Karunakaran, Kasaragod MP, will be the chief guest at the function. C.T. Ahmed Ali, MLA, will preside. All the other four MLAs from the district will offer felicitations. The Adalat will offer quick solutions to various complaints received by the Cooperative Department, said Mr. Vasudevan at a press conference here on Wednesday.

Mr. Vasudevan said complaints pending before the cooperative department would also be solved at the Adalat.

He said as many as 71 complaints had already been received. He said the Adalat was part of the Sahakaranam Navaratnam Keralyeeam programme of the Cooperative Department.
