SEBI plans entry load waiver

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on Wednesday made a proposal to waive the load for direct applications in mutual funds.

Currently all investors, irrespective of the mode of entry, are required to pay the entry load. Interested people may send in their comments to ruchic@sebi.gov.in on or before September 12.
