School children allege thrashing

NEW DELHI: At least five students of Anglo-Arabic School on Thursday alleged that one of their teachers beat them up badly in the school at Kamla Market here. According to the complaint, the teacher beat up the boys for some reason as a result of which they had to be treated at Lohia Hospital. They were discharged soon after as they had sustained minor injuries.

According to another version, the students were apparently teasing some girls and were caught by the teacher. Fearing that he would punish them for the act, they tried to escape from the school premises and sustained injuries when they fell down.
