Robust judiciary

As a person closely following the recent judicial pronouncements with regard to the Bombay blasts case and the Supreme Court’s posture on the OBC issue, I, as a proud Indian, can feel the re-emergence of a robust independent judiciary coming out of a dark period of ‘committed’ judiciary and jeering political remarks that judges are not to consider themselves “dropped from the heavens.”

Let all wings of the administration bloom in their own spheres respecting one another.

S. Krishnamurthi,
Chennai
