EC notice to Koda

NEW DELHI: The Election Commission on Friday served a show cause notice, returnable by 3 p.m. on Saturday, on Jharkhand CM Madhu Koda. This is for violating model code of conduct in Jamshedpur, where by-poll for Lok Sabha seat is slated for August 29.
