Special funds
Belgaum: The Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) has raised special funds to promote research and development among its affiliated engineering colleges in the State. Vice-Chancellor H.P. Khincha said here on Saturday that the university had created an annual budget of Rs. 5 crore under the head, “Research and Development Fund”, to promote research and development in the affiliated colleges. – Staff Correspondent
