Mahajana’s PU wins

MYSORE: V. Mithun (11) and M. Subash (10) shone as SBRR Mahajana’s PU College registered a 53-40 win over Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala in the Junior College boys’ final in the 21st Independence Day basketball tournament here on Sunday.

The results: Junior College Boys: Final: SBRR Mahajana PU College 53 (V. Mithun 11, M. Subash 10) bt Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala 40 (Nihal 16).

High School Boys: Super league: St. Joseph’s HS (State) 57 (Mayura 21, Shravan S. Urs 18) bt RMP 13 ( Prasanth 13).
