HPS, St. Pious bag titles

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad Public School and St. Pious HS clinched the boys’ and girls’ titles respectively in the R. Prabhakar Yadav Memorial Trophy inter-school basketball tournament that concluded at St. Pious High School, Ramnagar here on Saturday.

The results:

Boys: Hyderabad Public School 36 (Venkatesh 10, Goshal 18) bt Geetanjali HS 29 (Suraj 10, Veeran10).

Girls: St Pious HS 49 (Alekya 18, Swetha 14, Anusha 10) bt Nasr HS 25 (Palalvi 19).
