Second chargesheet against ‘serial killer’

New Delhi: Delhi Police on Saturday filed their second chargesheet in a city court against alleged serial killer Chandrakant Jha, accusing him of murdering one of his associates over two months ago and throwing his body outside the Tihar Jail here. In its chargesheet the police alleged that Jha had killed one Dilip after being enraged over the deceased’s habit of eating non-vegetarian food.
