Flintoff under fitness cloud

Birmingham: Influential all-rounder Andrew Flintoff is under a fitness cloud for the next two ODIs.

Flintoff has an inflammation on his right knee — he was injured while attempting a diving stop near the boundary line and crashed into the boards during the second one-dayer — and was administered cortisone injection on Saturday.

The third ODI, a day game, will be played here on Monday. Flintoff faces a fitness test on Sunday. Swing bowler Jon Lewis has been asked to join the squad as a cover for Flintoff.— Special Correspondent
