Bidar: Deputy Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa will lay the foundation stone for various development works in the Hulsoor Assembly constituency on September 10. He will inaugurate a government first grade college in Hulsoor. He will lay the foundation stone of a bridge at Togalur and other works in Jeergyal and Manikeshwar villages.
